    There the sarakaari mahiLeyaru is the underlined word.. it otherwise conveys it as its only for the government woman not as its a govt hospital ….! Guess thats what they intended to write…

    May be the ‘mahiLeyara’ quote is to drive away the guys out from there 🙂
