Clean Bowled

16 Dec

Apparently Yuvraj Singh who was too hurt to play cricket didn’t think that injury was a problem when it came to bashing up someone (maybe he used his fists and not his injured leg). A case has been filed against him alleging that he beat a guest who came to attend his birthday party. I know its still an allegation, but as the old saying goes, there is no smoke without fire.

What makes these guys so aggressive? Is it their fame, money or is it just their upbringing? Another case of a “brat” who is spoilt by fame too early? Sachin had fame early too as did Dravid, but you’ve never seen them beat up anything but a cricket ball (these days even that is proving difficult). It must be the upbringing that says “No one can touch me”.

The story is that the police tried to “broker” a deal so that a case was not filed. Police do not broker deals for common people. Obviously if a case was filed, it would be difficult for our “dear cricketer” to participate in the world cup. I guess the brokering did not work.

So injuries might not be the ONLY thing preventing our “dashing” batsman from participating in the world cup.

I have afeeling that a LOT of this is gotta to do with the upbringing. You are allowed to become the ‘rich spoilt kid’ or you are not. Thus, we see a Dravid and a Yuvraj Singh in the same team !!!

So, what’s your take ? How many days do you think this story will be in the newspapers….Two and a half ? Or is that too long ? 😉

power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely!!

A proof of above example is yuvi, our own nikhil ( cm’s eye of apple) and why even the local rowdy has a well flourishing business ( aka money) which seeds these barbaric thoughts

But one thing is all such foolish people who let money control their lives, have a very very quick fall and that hurts too much

DD: The story was confined to a small itty bitty section on Day 1 itself..

Ganga: Heard that one as well…

MOHAN: Right on the money… most times, these people cannot handle the fall…
