Anyway, the call number connected you to .... a call centre of course. Sometimes you had to wait while the operator also took orders for shopping items. It was just a propaganda campaign. A big kudos in the public eye is the least one can do for that kid/concerned citizen... after all he saved lives. Such behavior should be encouraged. They have a keen observation that has surprised me many times when I visit a road side shop for the first time (that I passed everyday for a week or so but never visited) the shop keeper tells me he noticed me walk by everyday and asks if I recently started working in the area or moved to the area.
